Casa Artist-in-Residence

For the month of September I will be the artist-in-residence at Casa in Lethbridge.  My project involves experimenting in the clay studios, transforming some of my molded-plastic clamshell forms into ceramic pieces. I have never worked in clay before so this will be a huge learning experience!!  

Here are a few images of my time so far... I have been making plaster molds for slip casting and washing 300 or so potato chip bags and shiny snack packages.
